We've been kind of busy. Since my last post Josh has finished another piece of furniture and we're more than half way through another. We're thinking about renting a place to do business so I can reclaim the garage. I'm watching summer start to slip into fall.

An awesome picture of Alexis' red shoe
I went huckleberry picking with my grandma and grandpa. The berries were huge! It was fun. We just left Ella in the backpack and Grandpa broke off bushes so she could dine with ease like a little Ella bear.
My mother in law got this at a garage sale. It might be a little small come October, but it is soooo cute! He is always pretending to be a dinosaur.
This is a piece we did for some friends of ours to alleviate the shoe jumble in the Garage. We called it the shoe bench. It is made our of pine. I thought it turned out nice especially after it was gone.

how fun. I love huckleberries... Shaunie brought some to my parents house after she visited Grandma last weekend. So yummy!
That bench looks awesome, and huge! Is this just a side business/hobby? You could do well with it, I think!
I wish we lived closer so you could build me one of those cool ladder shelves for my front room. Wyatt is such a cute little man thinking of Rhone and I LOVE the dinosaur costume. Glad to see you made it to Alexis's big day- wish I could have been there too!
Did we marry kindred spirits? Cuz I'm pretty sure that Dave and Josh would be like best friends! Not only do they have the engineering thing going for them but they have the furniture thing going for them and the video game thing going for them (not addicted, not even frequent visitors, but they love it when the get a chance to play, right?).
Last year we made a kitchen island out of oak. It is BEAUTIFUL!!! We've had so many people tell us we could sell them and make buko bucks! But we're still students, our home is a condo, and we don't own any tools or space to do things like this anymore. Se la vid, right? Anyway -- we're planning a temple trip for the 24th. Think we could meet up or something?
