Hey I was really happy how this turned out. Though I can't take all the credit I have a friend who let me borrow all of her fancy cake baking stuff that makes it a lot easier. I had fun on my 15 +/- hour project. There was a lot of frosting but it was a good chocolate cake so it could have been worse. I think my favorite part is the little scroll detail on the sides of the cake. The roses are easier than they look. The hardest part was getting the frosting the right consistency. Anyway while I was doing it I was thinking of all of the things that were more worth while that I could have been doing, but the end result was worth it I think. Don't look too close you'll see all my mistakes. I never realized what kind of work can go into something that is destroyed in seconds.

Good job, its really pretty. My mom decorates cakes and just watching her I don't think I could have the patience.
Look at you, Miss Talent!!!! You're amazing, just amazing. So even if I don't take you up on the babysitting offer (I think your two plus my two might be really overwhelming without some practice!), I think we should get together one of these trips up.
